WOOD FLOORING UNDERLAY

We recommend using STAUF underlay, which is suitable to use for almost all sub-floors.  They are particularly suitable for unstable substrates, or those with permanent residues of adhesive or levelling compound. Glue-on the damping underlay made of PU-bound cork/foam granulate, which is available in different thicknesses for various installation heights and where a high level of home and walking comfort is required. It provides safe and secure impact noise reduction and makes it possible to lay wood flooring without stress.

We recently purchased Ecohardwood engineered oak wood flooring in the Tobacco colour and we couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent – well made, with a beautiful natural finish. We installed it throughout the whole house and it has completely changed the look and feel of the space, giving it a warm, modern and very natural feel. We did apply a premium hardwax oil, which enhanced the tone and added extra protection.
