That’s why we’ve put together this simple guide to planning your wood flooring, oak doors, stairs, and wall cladding supply — so everything arrives exactly when you need it, without any last-minute stress.

To maintain high standards, Ecohardwood only supplies what is manufactured in our factory, combining decades of craftsmanship and expertise. All our oak products are 100% European, crafted from FSC-certified wood and made using only high-quality, eco-friendly, non-toxic materials.

While we have a wide selection of oak floors ready for super quick delivery, it’s important to remember that many of our products are made to order, crafted to your exact specifications, and sometimes require up to a month or longer to complete. With good planning, you’ll avoid unnecessary delays and keep your project on track.

To ensure your products arrive on time, we strongly recommend reserving your orders as early as possible. Placing your order in the queue early can help you avoid longer wait times and ensure smooth delivery.

Custom Floors: Plan for 4–6 Weeks

If you’re envisioning something more bespoke — such as our elegant oak parquet flooring patterns (Herringbone, Chevron, Diamond, Art Deco or other designs) — planning ahead is essential.
Custom parquet floors and special colours are made to order, with a typical lead time of 4–6 weeks. Please note: around holiday periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Each custom floor is crafted according to your exact design and colour preferences, ensuring a truly unique result.

Made-to-Measure Solid Wood Doors

Longer lead time applies to Ecohardwood made to measure oak doors.
Each door is made to measure, tailored precisely to fit your unique space and style — whether you’re looking for a modern minimalist look or a timeless classic design. Because of the craftsmanship involved, please allow 8 to 10 weeks from order to delivery for doors. Lead times may be even longer depending on the product and during busy periods.

Deliveries: Important Information

Ecohardwood can arrange deliveries across England or even Europe and worldwide — if you are happy with the delivery cost, we are happy to deliver.

When planning your delivery, please note:

• Deliveries are to ground floor level only by default.

• If your project requires products to be carried above ground floor (for example, to upper-storey flats or multi-level houses), please inform us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

• Please let us know about any potential obstacles at the delivery site, such as:

  • Limited access for large vehicles

  • Parking restrictions

  • Narrow doorways

  • Stairs without lift access

  • Construction sites or uneven terrain

Clear communication will help ensure that your delivery goes smoothly and efficiently.

• Ordering a custom parquet or special finish? Place your order at least 6 weeks in advance of your planned installation date.

• Ordering made-to-measure doors? Measure carefully and place your order early — 8 - 10 weeks in advance.

• Plan your delivery by confirming access, obstacles, and any special handling needs in advance.
