This beautifully renovated two-storey apartment showcases the perfect blend of contemporary design and natural materials. Designed for a family with teenagers, this home features premium quality engineered oak floors and elegant oak stairs, adding warmth to the minimalist interior. To highlight the homeowners’ art collection, the interior is dominated by crisp white walls, creating a gallery-like ambiance. To soften the stark aesthetic and introduce natural warmth,  engineered oak flooring and oak stairs in Walnut colour were selected.

Interior designer Vaiva Godelaitiene shares insights into the transformation: "We created a private retreat for the parents with a separate en-suite, used glass partitions to optimize space, and designed a brighter, more functional kitchen. The children's rooms were expanded, and even the family pet got a dedicated space." Alongside engineered oak flooring and stairs, natural materials, terrazzo tiles, and textured fabrics enhance the warmth and playfulness of the space.
