In the first floor living area and dining room, Select grade oak parquet is used, characterized by a clean, refined surface with minimal knots, subtle grain patterns, and smooth, even colour transitions. In the second-floor bedrooms and walk-in wardrobes, Original grade oak parquet flooring was chosen to introduce more natural character and warmth. Gently expressed knots and delicate colour variations add depth and authenticity, creating a cozy, lived-in atmosphere.
