Sensu - a bespoke colour created especially for the seaside apartments project by developer Lumont.

Surrounded by a century-old pine forest and the Baltic Sea, the development blends nature with contemporary architecture - creating homes designed for long-term comfort, quality, and security. The project comprises 47 apartments, just 500 metres from the beach, within an A++ energy-rated building.

Inspired by the coastal landscape, Sensu captures a natural harmony between sea and architecture, expressed through exceptional design and the highest material standards.

In this development, both flooring and doors are finished in the same Sensu tone, creating a calm and cohesive aesthetic throughout.

Like all our finishes, Sensu has been rigorously tested for durability and everyday performance. It is available across our full product range - including floors, doors, stairs, walls, skirting boards, and window sills.

We recently purchased Ecohardwood engineered oak wood flooring in the Tobacco colour and we couldn’t be happier. The quality is excellent – well made, with a beautiful natural finish.
